Through Chitra Productions, Vibha leads the creation of award-winning video production, digital media, and strategic communications for government and commercial organizations. Her team supports clients including DDB Chicago, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Navy, delivering compelling campaigns that educate, recruit, and inspire audiences nationwide.

Engineering AI Cybersecurity Solutions

Building on Chitra's cybersecurity expertise, Vibha founded aiComply, an AI company developing intelligent cybersecurity and compliance solutions. Through strategic partnerships with organizations including Carahsoft and NVIDIA, aiComply delivers AI-powered technologies that help government, commercial, and fintech organizations protect critical infrastructure, reduce cyber risk, and simplify compliance.

Paying It Forward by Advancing Future STEM Leaders

Vibha is passionate about creating opportunities that inspire the next generation of innovators, especially students from underserved communities. For the past five years, Chitra has partnered with the Department of Defense to expand access to STEM education, mentorship, internships, and research opportunities, earning a recent recompete award to continue this important mission. Through these initiatives, she is helping open doors to high-impact careers in science, technology, engineering, and national security.
